Magazine

Inside Magazine's "Bad" issue of  hit newsstands February 18th. The magazine covered all things bad, including good/bad/ugly lists, notorious Hoosiers and a fabulous Michael Jackson tribute band. I took the cover image and accompanying tribute band photos.

The second issue of Inside Magazine dropped December 3rd. The "Power" Issue illuminated all the different sources of power students come in contact with: powering up with a good breakfast, powerful training, power hours and power naps. I took pictures of power nappers, a dedicated runner and delicious breakfasts.

I am currently the Assistant Photographer for Inside Magazine, a student publication at Indiana University. Our first issue in fall 2013 focused on the theme of "connectedness" in our lives. I took photographs for different articles within the magazine, as well as the cover photo.

During the Spring semester of 2013, I was the photo editor for 812 Magazine, a publication created by an Indiana University journalism class instructed by Nancy Comiskey. My duties as photo editor included editing all the images for the print edition of the magazine and shooting the cover image. I also worked on a story about small town road trips ("Have a Ball in a Small Town") and wrote about the beaches of Southern Indiana ("Shore Thing").
